These SMS Terms apply to text messages sent by PraxisFTW, LLC in connection with a service request submitted through praxisftw.com.
Opting in
You opt in only by actively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox on our service-request form and submitting your phone number. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase, service, or submitting a request.

Messages are limited to your service request, such as follow-up, scheduling, clarifying information, or next-step coordination. Message frequency varies by request and conversation.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to any PraxisFTW text message to opt out. Reply HELP for help. After an opt-out request, we will not send further SMS messages except as needed to confirm the opt-out or as otherwise permitted by law.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for messages or data according to your plan.

Mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, and consent are not shared, sold, rented, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
